In-Patient Parking Registration

The Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center offers inpatients a flat rate parking fee of 200 per day. Kindly note of the following terms and conditions:

1. Flat Rate

      All inpatients with vehicles will be charged a discounted flat rate of 200.00 daily.

2. Single Vehicle Registration

      Only one vehicle may be registered for the discounted parking fee.

3. Fixed Daily Rate

      Upon registration, a fixed daily rate of 200.00 will be applied until the patient is discharged, regardless of the parking status of the vehicle. This means the fee will be charged even if the vehicle is not parked within the hospital parking spaces.

4. Duration-Independent Fee

      The parking fee of 200.00 will be charged per day, regardless of the duration the vehicle is parked.

5. Overnight Parking

      Overnight parking is allowed for inpatients.

6. On the Day of Patient’s Discharge

    Upon discharge, please notify the cashier that you have an existing parking registration to be settled concurrently with your hospital bill.

7. Termination of Parking Registration

      You may terminate your registration to this inpatient parking promo anytime through coordination with the main cashier or through the Parking Management Office at local 616 or 617. from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

8. Change of Vehicle Registration

      Changes to the registered vehicle are permitted through proper coordination with the with the main cashier or through the Parking Management Office at local 616 or 617

This information is collected in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and will be used solely for the purpose of managing parking services.

All submitted information will be securely stored and will be deleted five days after your discharge.
