In-patient Parking Priviledge

The Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center offers inpatients a flat rate parking fee of 200 per day. To avail of this benefit, please visit the cashier for verification, where you will receive a parking ticket. This ticket must be presented at the parking booth upon exit.

By completing and providing your electronic signature on this online parking registration form, you consent to the collection of personal information, including your name, mobile number, room number, permanent identification number, and vehicle plate number. This information is collected in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and will be used solely for the purpose of managing parking services.

All submitted information will be securely stored and will be deleted five days after your discharge.
